What We Do

Enborne provides Clients with honest, independent and professional project advice; with services tailored to suit specific Client needs within an ever-changing industry and economic environment.

At all stages of any programme, development and / or project lifecycle, we advise and actively lead on all aspects, collaboratively engaging with the full team and stakeholders. Issues are actively managed, bringing together all desired inputs from the team with informed outcomes achieved; we do not “post box” issues for others to resolve.

From multi-million pound developments to small refurbishments, Enborne lead team participation and bring together the many varied work streams into coordinated project solutions; where Client decisions are required, appropriate information is compiled for informed consideration; make the right decision once.

We understand that all projects are unique with different Clients having differing delivery process and policies, including health & safety, financial and sustainability targets. Whilst all projects are unique, commercial awareness is at the heart of what we do; value for money within approved budgets is our aim.

Based in the Thames Valley we have easy access to road, rail and airport networks, allowing us to travel where we are needed. With an office base, we share the “good, bad & ugly” aspects of projects and continually strive to deliver best practice, learning from all our experiences.

We offer a wide range of professional consultancy services and apply these to achieve the common project goals. The team are commercially aware as we understand the importance of reliable financial control and risk management.
