The existing Unit 5 was subject to strip out and re-façade works to create a significant statement feature on the park. Alucobond cladding supported upon the existing frame and cladding rails provided an economic, visually striking envelope highlighting this unit from others on the park.
Enborne provided Employer’s Agent duties for the re-façade works, together with tenant liaison for access and shell specific requirements. Site logistics were constantly managed to provide construction space whilst protecting public desire lines and safety across the retail park.
