Chatham Place is a multi phase £100m mixed use scheme by Muse Developments, in partnership with Reading Borough Council as part of their ‘Reading City 2020’ vision, located just outside the town centre directly adjacent to the busy ring road. The scheme comprises 240,000 sq.ft of new construction to create 211 provide apartments, management offices, two retail units, a basement car park and substantial public open realm.
Our Role
Over our 2 year involvement with the scheme, our role as Muse Development’s Project Manager evolved to become Employer’s Agent, Quality Monitoring and Post-Occupancy Management services; maintaining a permanent on site presence for a significant duration of the project to provide the services that this role demanded.
