About This Project

The state-of-the-art Foster and Partners designed Chertsey headquarters is a landmark, award-winning, energy efficient building. Referred to as a ‘campus’ it demonstrates an innovative approach to architecture and comprises open plan space to house a mixture of studio and publishing staff, a bar, 140 cover restaurant, a gymnasium, a library, a general store and a fully equipped presentation suite; a total of 110,000 sq.ft. At the time of completion, energy saving measures incorporated within the building were significant.

The Role

We worked closely with EA to translate their business and cultural aspirations into their new purpose built environment by delivering a bespoke Project Management service tailored to the Client and project.

Client Project Management services including strategic facilities management consultancy, move management and planning supervision; all enabling operations to commence quickly and smoothly following occupation.
