Verizon – Office Fit-Out

About This Project

The project comprised the extensive refurbishment of 85,200 sq.ft over two floors of MidCity Place in central London; for occupation and use by Verizon and OATH (Yahoo). The project enabled the relocation of employees from two London offices to one MidCity Place workspace improving team working and operational efficiency.. To promote the migration of staff between floors an internal staircase has been constructed to link departments and provide a collaborative flexible working environment.

Our Role

We undertook extensive collaboration with the distinct business segments and departments, whilst bringing the Oath brand under the Verizon corporate umbrella through careful planning and design management.

Following an extensive tender process, we grasped the Employer’s Agent Role for the three project phases ensuring critical occupation deadlines were achieved to facilitate the closure of existing leases on defined termination dates.
