Whiteley Shopping Centre, Phase 3

About This Project

A complicated and long running planning application process has resulted in the securing of planning consent for a 400+ space multi-storey car park and an additional 21,000 sq.ft of retail space at Whiteley Shopping Centre in Hampshire. The scheme is phase 3 of the Whiteley development that we are proud to have delivered all phases of this new Town Centre.

The Role

Enborne Project Consultancy acted as Project Manager for the planning stage of the proposed development. Over several years we worked closely with the Client, design team and planning consultant to manage the overall process to secure planning consent for the development. The process involved a number of significant design changes to establish the final development proposal prior to submission of the detailed application.
