About This Project

The complete revitalisation of the existing public realm space provides a pallet of consistent and enriching materials and finishes, together with street furniture and landscaping to improve the shopper experience and increasing dwell time. To improve the operational efficiency and safety of the site, a new management suite has been constructed giving greater visibility of the Park Management to shoppers.

The Role

We provided comprehensive Project Management and Employer’s Agent duties to deliver the project within a fully trading shopping park. Continual coordination of logistics and the strategic programme with Park Management, the Main Contractor and retailers was necessary to ensure sufficient works were being undertaken at any one time whilst leaving adequate and suitable space for shoppers to park and circulate.
