About This Project

Following an option being secured on land adjacent to St Austell Town Centre, proposals were developed to create 210,000 sq.ft of retail development with a subsequent development phase comprising 400 homes, a care home and pub / hotel. The site had extreme changes in levels and significant services infrastructure and highways to divert; in addition many adjoining landowner / stakeholders had to be considered.

The Role

As Project Manager all aspects of the feasibility and design were managed, including agreeing technical Agreement for Lease terms with a leading high street anchor tenant and identifying and managing all third party matters, especially the adjoining landowners. During the design development, it was essential that we coordinated all the interested parties to bring together an implementable masterplan for the site and submit the scheme for Planning.
