Project Manager / Employer's Agent / Tenant Liaison
The project comprised the conversion of original Homebase Unit into three new Units for food and clothing/leisure goods retailers. A new service yard was required to include staff parking, and ramped delivery dock to improve the efficiency and safety of deliveries to the site.
New individual shop frontages to each new unit and tenant specific shell works were included to provide a much revitalised visitor experience, creating value for the Landlord with a much improved retail offer.
The role included early due diligence / viability assessment, feasibility, Project Management, and Employer’s Agent duties throughout the project. Liaison with incoming tenants was key to delivering the scheme to suit both Landlord and tenant programme / specification objectives.
