Bath Southgate

About This Project

The public realm enhancements were an investment by the Client to improve the destination of the shopping centre in central Bath. Visitors are now provided with a ‘pop-up park’ to enrich the facility together with bespoke furniture and planted areas / architectural features where dwell time has increased. Hostile Vehicle Mitigation measures were also incorporated into the design to protect the public at this prestigious shopping destination.

The Role

Enborne provided full Project Management duties throughout the feasibility, design, enabling works and procurement stages developing into the Employer’s Agent role for the administration of the Design and Build Contract. Close liaison with Centre Management for the works to progress during normal working hours in a live and vibrant shopping area was essential for success.
